Dining at Dusk is returning to the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens with new artists, new menus and new themes from summer to fall.

There will be dinner, drinks, live music, desserts and raffles on the front lawn of the Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.

Dining at Dusk makes for a great date night or a relaxing evening to bond with friends and family. It’s also part of the celebration of Erie County’s 200th Anniversary and an opportunity to enjoy one of Erie County’s cultural gems. Tickets include admission to the conservatory.

The events will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Sundays once a month. Dates are June 26, July 24, Aug. 28, Sept. 18 and Oct. 2. 

BBQ and Brass, June 26

Enjoy a BBQ dinner from Curly’s Grille, live music from Buffalo Brass Machine, and desserts available for purchase from High Vibe Sweets. Wear your “summeriest” outfit, such as floral shirts and sunhats or flip flops and flamingos.  

Jazz Night, July 24

Enjoy the amazing energy and good vibes of local jazz artist and singer Alex McArthur. Serving up dinner will be Ilio Dipaolo’s with a Tuscan chicken dinner box.  

’50s Night, Aug. 28

Brother James will return to the series to perform some ’50s favorites as well as popular songs from other decades. Ilio DiPaolo’s will return with a Tuscan chicken dinner box. Wear your best ’50s fashions, such as poodle skirts, ascots and leather jackets.  

’90s Night, Sept. 18

Brother James will perform the best hits of the ’90s. Wear your grungiest outfit with fanny packs, scrunchies, overalls or combat boots. Ilio DiPaolo’s will serve their final Tuscan chicken dinner of the series. High Vibes Sweets will return with some delicious desserts for sale.

Oktoberfest, Oct. 2

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear The Bergholz Blaskapelle, the 15-person German band from Bergholz, NY. Curly’s will be serving up Oktoberfest staples with soft pretzels, brats and beer. Wear your best Oktoberfest look.

Tickets are available now and are $48 per person for the public and $45 for Botanical Gardens Members.

Tickets include:

  • Live music
  • A boxed dinner
  • One glass of wine/beer from the Buffalo Bubble Bar, Buffalo’s first mobile sparkling wine bar, with cash bar following
  • Dessert vendors
  • A wrist band for free admission into the Botanical Gardens
  • A small basket raffle and 50/50

Organizers advise purchasing tickets as soon as possible because the events have sold out previously.
