The Buffalo Audubon Society will hold a decorative birch bark ornaments workshop from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Road, Java Center.
Participants will join Buffalo Audubon Director of Education, Lauren Makeyenko at Beaver Meadow and make a birch bark canoe, star, and owl ornaments. This program will include simple sewing techniques.
Pre-registration is required. Please call 585-457-3228 to register. The cost to attend is $10. For ages 12 and older.
