Cooking classes using traditional white corn

Food Is Our Medicine of the Seneca Nation will present two cooking classes using traditional white corn. Learn how to prepare pork chili and other easy-to-make white corn dishes. Both demonstrations will be an educational, hands-on tasting experience.

The first class will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8 in the Cattaraugus Health and Wellness Center, 26 Thomas Indian School Dr., Irving.

The second class will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 in the Diabetes Unit Wellness Room 185D of the Lionel R. John Health Center, 987 R.C. Hoag Dr.,  Salamanca.
