“Canning Tomato Products” will be held by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 in the WNY Food Incubator kitchen in the 4-H Training Center, 4487 Lake Avenue, Lockport.
Summer usually brings a bounty of tomatoes. Learn how to put them up by to use in later months. Participants will learn how to can and freeze tomatoes.This workshop will be led by a trained Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences.
All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $20/workshop/person.
Preregistration and payment required by Sept. 21.

There is a class minimum of 8 participants. If the class minimum is not met, or class must be cancelled due to unforeseen events, class fees will be refunded in full. If the class is full, your check and/or a refund check will be returned to you.
