The annual BOOtanical Celebration will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17 and Oct. 24 at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.
Pick up an activity booklet to complete throughout your adventure through the Botanical Gardens and turn it in for a prize. While you’re exploring the grounds, be sure to check out the carnivorous plant collection and a spooktacular train display by the WNY Garden Railway Society. This is a candy-free event. However, jthere will be Outback Kettlecorn. On your way out, grab your to-go craft bag with materials and instructions to extend the BOOtanical fun at home.The Botanical Gardens highly encourages adults and children to wear costumes.
