The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens will host birds in the landscape from 6 to 8 p.m. July 11 at the Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.

Join Buffalo Audubon to discover more about Plants for Birds presented by naturalist Mark Carra. Learn how to facilitate connections between a native garden landscape and the wildlife and pollinators that thrive locally through an entertaining lecture. Investigate these connections and adaptations further by exploring the exotic plants in the Botanical Gardens’ collection and discover how birds make the diversity of the tropics happen.

The cost is $16 for Botanical Gardens members and $18 for the general public. Registration is available online.
