Buffalo Audubon Society will hold Birding the Beaver Pond 9 – 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1810 Welch Rd., Java Center.
Join Naturalist Tom Kerr for a birding hike around the pond at Beaver Meadow. Ducks and geese are starting to head south for the winter, and Beaver Meadow is an important migratory stopover site for many of these birds. Binoculars are available.
