The Beginning Farmer Discussion Group will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, at in the auditorium at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 21 Grove St., East Aurora.
Would you like to learn how to lobby for a new agricultural law? Are you interested in learning if you should set your business up as an LLC, sole proprietorship or partnership? Do you want to know if any USDA grants are available for beginning farmers? Attend this informal roundtable discussion to meet the associations and service providers who are ready to help you with your beginning farmer needs.

The Beginning Farmer Discussion Group was created by Megan Burley, Cornell Cooperative Extension Farm Business Management educator, to encourage individuals who are interested in farming or who have been farming for less than ten years, to share resources and experiences with each other, and industry experts.
