The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens will hold beginner watercolor classes on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings this year at the Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.
Participants will join artist Joan Saba for classes just for beginners. Students will learn basic techniques and apply concepts to their works of art under Joan’s expert instruction.
A suggested list of supplies and a class syllabus is available. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
The cost will be $65 per series or $18 per class for Botanical Gardens’ Members and $70 per series or $20 per class for non-members.

Tuesday Mornings: 8:45 to 11:15 a.m.
Series A: Feb. 28, March 7, 14, April 4
Series B: April 11, 18, 25, May 2
Series C: May 9, 16, 23, 30
Series D: June 13, 20, 27, July 4
Series 1: Sept. 5, 12, 19, 26
Wednesday Evenings: 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Series A: March 1, 8, 15, April 5
Series B: April 12, 19, 26, May 3
Series C: May 10, 17, 24, 31
Series D: June 7, 14, 28, July 5
Series: 1: Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27
