The Buffalo Audubon Society will hold an eagle watch from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday Nov. 16 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Road, Java Center.
Participants will join Buffalo Audubon Naturalist Tom Kerr for a weekday eagle watch on the Beaver Pond. Every fall, bald eagles stop by Beaver Meadow for a quick rest on their migration journey. The group will look for waterfowl, hawks and other wildlife as well. Binoculars and spotting scopes will be available.
