The African Violet & Gesneriad Society of WNY will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8 at Greenfields Continuing Care Community, 5949 Broadway, Lancaster.
Go around the side to the Manor Building. The building is under construction and the meeting room may be changed. If you need directions or have questions when you are on site, email AVGSWNY@gmail.com .
Program: PLANT BINGO!
Members donate leaves, cuttings, small starter plants, and any plant related items.
Meetings include: Show and Tell, Raffle and 50/50 Split, Leaf Exchange, Blossom Board, and Problem Plants (Make sure to seal your problem plant in a container to prevent spreading the problem.)
Refreshments will be served.
All meetings are open to anyone who would like to attend in the hopes that they will join. The group needs to have an idea of who may be coming to a meeting because each meeting may be in a different room at Greenfields in the Manor. Email AVGSWNY@gmail.com.
