The Niagara Frontier Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11 in Amherst Community Church, 77 Washington Hwy., Snyder. Please park in the rear and enter through the back door.
Mark Carra, educator and naturalist, will present his characterization of Teddy Roosevelt. Learn more about our 26th president who was a charismatic politician, statesman, avid conservationist, historian and writer.
At 7:30 pm Pete Hill, Special Initiatives Director of Native American Community Services of Erie & Niagara Counties, Inc., will discuss Native American issues, traditions and environmental concerns.
