The Buffalo Audubon Society will host a a hike back in time from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26 at Beaver Meadow Audubon Center, 1610 Welch Road, Java Center.
Participants will enjoy the rich history of Beaver Meadow by taking a long stroll around the trails here. From the beginnings of the Buffalo Audubon Society to the purchase of the “Refuge” property to the construction of the nature center, the program will cover the story of the Audubon Society’s humble roots to the newest ideas for tomorrow.
