4-H Fall Fest at Botanical Gardens

The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens’ will host 4-H Fall Fest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 30 through Oct. 15 at the Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.

Through the Gardens’ partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County and 4-H, the 4-H Farm will be back this fall including ducks, sheep, rabbits, pigs, chickens, goats and more.

A special Halloween Wegmans Family Day is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 14 as part of the fun. It will include a chance to learn about some spooky plants while making some fun crafts to take home. Participants can show off their costumes as they parade through the Botanical Gardens. Parade line-up will begin at 10:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. in the main dome. The parade travels in a circle through the greenhouses of BOOtanical delights. Special treats will be provided by Enad’s Bakery.

The event is included with Botanical Gardens admission.

Admission is $11 for adults, $10 for seniors (ages 62 and older), $9 for students (ages 13 and older with ID), $6 for children ages 3 – 12  and free for Botanical Gardens members and children 2 and under.
