Tim Chen, director of Grassroots Gardens WNY, will speak about urban gardens that provide beauty and food in the area at the meeting of the Smallwood Garden Club at 7 p.m. Monday, October 16 at Faith United Church of Christ, 1300 Maple Road, Amherst.
