Orchard Park Garden Club members will bring their gently used garden and floral design tools and objects to return, reuse, and recycle at its meeting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 5 in St. John’s Lutheran Church, 4536 S. Buffalo Road, Orchard Park. Go to the building behind the church.
A club member will serve as the auctioneer in a lively and fun event. All items will find a home with a club member. This is an economical and responsible way to clear out garden sheds and bring home a new-to-you item.
This meeting will be chaired by club members Gale Seereiter and Wendy Zebehazy.
Membership in the Orchard Park Garden Club is open to gardening enthusiasts throughout the area (members do not need to be Orchard Park residents). Guests and prospective members are always welcome. Contact Diana Szczepanski, membership chair, at 716-674-8970 for more information.
The Orchard Park Garden Club promotes education in the study of practical gardening and floral design, encourages civic beautification and community planting, and environmental improvements, and furthers the conservation of our native trees, plants, and birds.
