Michigan Street Farmers Market

The aim of Mrs. Frances Nash’s Garden Basket is to spur economic and community development by promoting local production of agriculture while addressing the health issues that stem from lack of healthy food options on the historic East Side of Buffalo.The market will take place every Tuesday from 3 PM – 6 PM until the end of October in the parking lot at 136 Broadway Ave. 

This is a part of the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor. As a part of the farmers market there will be celebrity chefs, food demonstrations and competitions.

Each market day there will be weekly vendors as well as pop-up vendors.
