Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County is offering a workshop on fermentation. In this workshop participants will learn the basics of fermentation for home food preservation. Participants will learn how to make sauerkraut and kimchi. This workshop will be led by a trained CCE Master Food Preserver and will be a combination of a presentation and hands-on group learning experiences. Participants will take samples home and enjoy a snack prepared by Chef Binks. All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $50.00 per person.
This workshop is designed for adults age 18+.
