Hive winterization at Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village

Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is offering a class to help you prepare your bees for the upcoming winter. It is always discouraging to have a great season with productive hives only to find your bees dead by mid-winter. Join the beekeepers at the Village as they discuss in detail how to evaluate and deal with pests and disease, poor or failing queens, winter stores and feeding. This course is open to both beginner and advanced beekeepers, for there is always something new to learn.
