Experience forest bathing on Graycliff’s historic grounds on the evening of August 21 (in the event of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to Tuesday, August 22). The session is approximately 90-minutes long.
This outdoor mindfulness- focused program will bring the practice of Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing” to Graycliff. Forest bathing has been shown to provide tremendous health benefits including stress reduction, improved immune function, and a greater ability to concentrate. At Graycliff, we will take advantage of the site’s natural and historic features for a truly meaningful, healthful, and healing experience.
