Fairy Festival and Rose Show

Fairies have taken over the Botanical Gardens and it’s up to you to catch them.� Skip through the Botanical Gardens with your favorite set of wings and go on a magical scavenger hunt through the secret world of fairies at the Fairy Festival. Peek into a charming fairy village and talk with educators about interesting plants, winged pollinators and shop for your very own fairy crown with Nickel City Floral.

Keep those fairy habitats safe by learning about pesticide free lawns with Erie County Environmental Management Council�and their Spokesgnome, Frederick Lawn Gnomested.

Please note that some vendors will have items available for purchase at a separate price from admission.�

Also, very special this year, the Western New York Rose�Society is holding its annual�Rose�Show in the Administration Building�to display the best�roses grown from their gardens at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens. This is a great opportunity to view over 100 spectacular roses and help you select�roses for your own garden. Meet and ask questions of Consulting Rosarians to help resolve any issues your�roses have.�Flutter over to see some stunning roses from 10am-4pm.
