Courses in the Conservatory

The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is presenting Courses in the Conservatory on August 11, 2023. Eat and drink your way through the Gardens with a four-course, locally sourced meal prepared by Salvatore’s Hospitality. This is an opportunity for an upscale farm-to-table dining experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Begin your evening with a selection of seasonal passed appetizers and cocktails beside the magnificent indoor waterfall. Then enter the Garden’s newly renovated outdoor courtyard for a family-style meal at sunset accompanied by live music from JazzBuffalo.
After you finish your meal, grab a glass of bubbles to toast to a beautiful summer evening. Then, enjoy a sweet treat in our Main Palm Dome at twilight.

Sittings are at 5:00 pm, 6:30 pm, or 8:00 pm
