Western NY ReLeaf Tree Care Safety Workshop (In Person Event) – April 2, from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Join Western NY ReLeaf for a full day technical workshop on tree care safety. This workshop will include tree care safety basics, chipper safety, chain saw safety, and more! This is a demonstration and lecture workshop; participants will not be hands-on with tools. Hear from Tim Walsh, Vice president of Safety and Training for the Townsend Company, Dan Gaidasz, Urban Forestry Technical Coordinator for NYS DEC, and others. The program costs $40 for NYS Urban Forestry Council members and ReLeaf Members, and $60 for non-members.
Workshop Location: Buffalo Zoo, 300 Parkside Ave., Buffalo, NY 14214.
Check in begins at 8 a.m. Registration includes parking, coffee, and lunch.
