If you want people to come to your plant exchange or visit your garden walk or hear the speaker at your next meeting, send us the information for that event.

On our Events page, we post the information for gardening events. If you’re in a nonprofit organization, we’ll post your event for free!

The events must be open to the public. If you’re going to have a private meeting in someone’s home or if there’s a holiday party that is open just to members, don’t send that information. But if there are events, including meetings, that you want people from outside your group to attend, we’ll be happy to post the information.

You can e-mail the information to me at Connie@BuffaloNiagaraGardening.com.

Please include this information:

  • What the event is
  • Time
  • Day
  • Date
  • Place (church, community center, firehall, etc.)
  • Address. This is very important. People in your neighborhood may know where the community center or firehall is, but others need an address.
  • Other relevant information
  • Optional: If you have someone who is willing to respond to questions about the event from our readers, include a phone number or e-mail address to be included in the post.

You don’t have to wait to send us your information; you may send us all of your dates for the coming year at one time if you like.

We try to post the information as soon as we get it. We publish the magazine on Tuesdays, so make sure you get an event to us before the Monday preceding your event.
