I’ll present “45 Gardening Tips in 45 Minutes” at the meeting of the Western New York Herb Study Group at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 11 in the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, 2655 South Park Ave., Buffalo.
In my presentation, I’ll share some of the best tips I discovered as I have interviewed home gardeners and gardening experts in the past several years for Buffalo-NiagaraGardening.com, the online gardening magazine for Western New York. I have to average one tip per minute, so it’s fun to see if I can squeeze them all in!
Like all the events we list on Buffalo-NiagaraGardening.com, this event is open to the public.
I can speak to your group, too. If you enjoyed “45 Gardening Tips in 45 Minutes,” you’ll like my follow-up, “45 More Gardening Tips in 45 Minutes,” where I present a brand-new batch of helpful and entertaining tips. See details as well as my other topics here.
Hi Sharon, I haven’t written an article on growing amaryllis from seed; I’ll keep that subject in mind. This is something you would do when your amaryllis flower has gone to seed. If you want to grow an amaryllis, you generally start with a bulb. I haven’t seen amaryllis seeds for sale in Western New York. I hope that helps. By the way, you can subscribe to Buffalo-NiagaraGardening.com for free.
My question is does Amaryllis bulbs starts as a seed.
I am interested in finding a few bulbs but with no luck.
